Terms provide for outright forfeiture, not temporary holds: any violation of the prohibited-use list results in "immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance", with no stated appeal process. The prohibited list is broad and includes ordinary activities such as buying crypto from an exchange, gambling, money transfer services and prepaid cards. Separately, all crypto deposits are declared final and non-refundable under any circumstances, and unused balance cannot be withdrawn when closing an account. Source: solvocard.com/terms

The service states two incompatible jurisdictions in its own documents. Terms section 1 identifies the operator as TivoLabs LTD, registered in Seychelles (company number 246356), while section 14 places the agreement under United States law with disputes heard in US courts, and the privacy policy closes by describing SolvoCard as "a United States-based company". For a service holding user balances, which jurisdiction applies determines who can compel what. Sources: solvocard.com/terms, solvocard.com/privacy
