New service with no proven track record: KYCnot.me applies a four-point trust penalty because operations began less than a month before listing. Nothing has been tested yet — not the refund path, not partner behaviour under load, not whether the operator is still around next quarter. As with any aggregator, the KYC posture and freeze policy you actually face are those of whichever partner exchange routes your swap, not ZenX itself. ZenX states it only integrates exchanges with direct liquidity, no arbitrary KYC traps, no freeze levers and clear terms, and a partner may reject a swap and refund without requiring KYC — but the guarantee is only as strong as that screening.
